What to watch for: as your breathing rate line (teal) drops and steadies, your HRV line (orange) typically climbs — this is a real, well-documented effect called respiratory sinus arrhythmia. Try a slow box-breathing pattern (4s in, 4s hold, 4s out) and watch both lines move together over the next minute or two.
